Through the Empordà and the Gavarres
Route through Alt and Baix empordà, with a quite tough section passing through the Sants metges mountain and the Gavarres natural park.

The return is through the Mota area and runs almost entirely along tracks.
It includes quite a few busy roads. Around km 86, you climb up to Sants Metges in Les Gavarres—a tough ascent.
The route passes through or near several towns along the way. A great variety of landscapes keeps it interesting throughout.
The return is via the La Mota area.
